Delivery of orders

All the orders from the Guru Store are made available to you via direct download.

After the completion of your order, you will be sent an email along with your ordered research paper, jounal, PowerPoint template or any other service from the Guru Store, attached to the mail.

In case that the download has a malfunction, a file or template is damaged or has been accidentally deleted we can on request provide a copy which is sent via email.

With these procedures we safeguard that all orders can be made available on short notice.

Knowledge Tank Publications

All of the articles published in Knowledge Tank are available for free of cost. The articles can be downloaded saved to a local computer free of cost. The downloads can be made by visiting directly to the article page. In case of errors, you may contact us for a free copy of the article.
