Where can I download my product or invoice?
Right after your registration as customer you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as the registration process is finished, you will be able to order products. After your payment, we will process your invoice and shall immediately send it to your mailbox.
The download of projects didn't work, what can I do?
First of all, please check your firewall or download manager. In case the download does not work due to the firewall or download manager, please contact your IT department; deactivate temporarily the firewall (don't forget to activate it again!) or try using a different computer.
If the problem presists please feel free to resend you the links.
I can't open the ZIP folder, what can I do?
Most of our products and templates are compressed as ZIP folder (.zip).
If you work with Windows XP you can open the folder by clicking twice on it. When working with older versions or Apple-computers you can use additional tools like Stuffit Expander . If you still can't open the data (maybe the download wasn't completed), please try to download the product again from a different computer.
How can I get the invoice?
After purchasing a product, you'll receive an e-mail with a download link. To get to your download area. Your download shall remain on our servers for a maximum of 7 days. After which the files shall be flushed out as a routine cleaning process but you can always request you to resend you the files for a maximum of 1 month.
What can I do, if the project is not finished correctly?

When and how should I make the payment ?
Once you submit your order form through the website's order system, you shall recieve a layout of your project within a maximum of two working days. The layout shall explain how to pay your installments and when. The amount of the installments will also be calculated and forwarded to you through the layout. All the payment related details like the account number or the benefitiary name will also be mentioned in the layout. Am I paying to a genuine and right company ?
Yes, you are paying to a genuine and registered company. You may have never heard of us or you may have come across various fraudsters over the internet, but we are not one of them. We have been working since 2005 and have worked on thousands of projects in the past years. If you would like to meet us we would be glad to have a cup of coffee with you and clear your doubts.
Who can I ask regarding my Thesis or Dissertation?
If you have doubts regarding the drafts submitted to you or a querry that want to be forwarded to the writer then get in touch with your handler. The handler plans schedules all the writers and analysers related to your project. The details of your handler is mentioned on the project layout submitted to you.
Can I change my contact details after placing an order?
Yes, you change your contact your details whenever you feel like. Just update your project handler with the new details.
