I have been selected to work with you. How to proceed?

Once your application has been approved by our handlers you have to follow the following procedure. The entire process after selection of writer till assigning of paid work is explained below.  

The process after your selection is as follows:

1. Update your profile

Once your application is approved you have to login to Project Guru website and update your profile with  your postal address, bank details etc.

2. Come for the First meet

After updating your profile, you have to come for the first meet. You will receive a mail from us with all the details about the first meet on your registered email id. Before coming for first meet you have to go through the guidelines and modules.

Using Mendeley to organise references and citations

After the first meet your Project Guru account will be activated and you will be working under E-Level.

3. Training articles

Our handlers will assign you training articles after the first meet. You will not be paid for the training articles as you will be working under E-level.

4. Come for second meet

After completing the training articles under E-Level you have to come for the second meet. In the second meet out handlers will give you feedback on your training articles and will guide you about the responsibilities for the paid work. After the second meet you will be moved to C-Level for which you will be assigned with paid jobs.

5. Paid work

You will be assigned paid work after the second meet. All our C-Level analysts are paid Rs 0.50 paisa per word. For more about compensation at different levels visit: Research consultant (freelance).

6. Induction

Incase you have applied to a regular employee position such as Research analyst (employee) then this point is in interest for you. After successfully finishing the training period, your handler will call you for an interview to review your training period. After a successful interview there will be induction in which you will be explained the job responsibilities entitled with this position.
