What does a waiting job mean?

After you upload your work to the job, the Handler will review your work and might request revisions within the revision timeframe as set for the job. This process might take some time but will be within the revision timeframe as mentioned in the job. You shall be compensated additionally for the revisions when the revision is requested after 15 days of your submission. This will be mentioned in your job as an add-on.
