    Conflicts will always arise in companies or organizations. Everyone wants to be heard but sadly, that doesn’t happen. This results to conflict described in this eye-opening article. Some administrations try to straighten things out through open forums but if the root cause is not dealt with, it won’t do a thing to resolve the problem. Conflicts should be talked through the best way possible. Everyone in the group should join in thinking of solutions and not making the matter worse.
