    Nice to see a very relevant topic in today’s scenario .Well done Ankita.. The issue has been rightly arrested as the % data is not always correct tool. Other releted aspects like the recruitment,Trng &development measures are also important. One tyhing to bare in this discussion that in many organi9sation the rigid HR process are not implemented on operational excuses and the policies are merely a bookish thing in those institutions.

    Besides,I would like to ask that,if the management finds any employee who is contributing less than what he/she is being paid for,then,isn’t it a question mark on the recruitment and selection measures of the organization?
