Hypothesis was
There is positive and significant relationship between benefits and employee motivation.
Confidence interval = 95%, and Margin of error = 5%
Regression analysis result shows for the variable of benefit, the value of Beta=0.001, Sig.=0.993
Based on this can I accept or reject the predicted hypothesis?
