    TVL students in the Philippines face a range of challenges throughout their academic pursuits. These challenges include issues surrounding the creation of assessment inquiries, provision of constructive feedback, insufficient classroom resources, limited space in vocational workshops, and establishment of relationships with local communities and industries. Similarly, students in Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) programs encounter a multitude of obstacles of personal, institutional, environmental, and technological nature when incorporating flexible learning methods. Likewise, students studying accounting experience barriers such as lack of infrastructure, psychological hurdles, disruptions in execution, gaps in interpersonal communication, and technological limitations. Additionally, Grade 11-TVL students specializing in Cookery encounter challenges in adapting to blended distance learning, requiring tailored competency-based approaches and development of technical and interpersonal skills. It is essential to address these obstacles to improve the overall educational experience and enhance the educational management strategies of institutions implementing distance learning practices.
