Regarding your problem, the procedure would be same as stated in above article just that the things you need to do is
1. organize data as herb 1st variable, sex as another variable, and blood sugar level as dependent variable
2. Currently data for each observation is not presented so as data for each observation like for 1st observation what is the herb, sex and sugar level.
3. Follow the above procedure i.e. define univariate variable with herb and sex as fixed factor and blood sugar level as dependent
4. define additional details whatever you need like plots, post hoc results, and EMM
5. run the analysis
6. Interpret the results

1. Perform two-way ANOVA to find the interactive influence of herb and sex on blood sugar level.
