All our freelancers are grouped in different levels based on the monthly evaluation of scores and ratings given by the system and job handlers. Apart from a fixed rate of compensation, freelancers are also offered bonus upon outstanding performance.
The jobs are graded on the basis of the following parameters:

- Handler’s experience.
- Timely delivery.
